Black Friday T&Cs

  • Black Friday sale goes live 28/11/25 at 00:00 ends 28/11/25 at 23:59.
  • Black Friday gift cards are ONLY redeemable throughout January (1st- 31st), this gift card will not work before or after this redemption window.
  • All cards will be automatically activated on the 1st January 2026.
  • Starting from £5 up to the value of £1000.
  • Offer valid on our Black Friday digital gift card only.
  • Gift cards can be redeemed against any of our menus & offerings.
  • Black Friday gift cards can not be extended.
  • The Botanist (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The card cannot be exchanged for cash and you may only redeem in Pound Stirling.
  • The card balance must be used by the expiry date; any remaining balance may be subject to forfeit post this date.
  • You should treat your gift card as cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  • We do not offer refunds on gift cards unless they are faulty or damaged.
