Opening in 2020, our very first venue in Wales will be right in the heart of Cardiff!

The Botanist Cardiff is being transformed into a wondrous world of botanicals ready for our  opening and will reside on Church Street - an up and coming destination for food and drink lovers.

A secret garden of delicious delicacies and drink expertise, The Botanist is an experience for all the senses with an eclectic selection of botanical cocktails, great food menus, live entertainment and extensive wine and craft beer lists.

Here’s a sneak on what’s coming to The Botanist Cardiff...

Expect to enjoy a vibrant selection of dishes inspired by the deli, rotisserie and grill. We’ll also be offering Vegan and dairy-free options for our guests too!

On the food menu you’ll find our signature Hanging Kebabs™ seriously good starters like our Baked Camembert, delicious mains like our Buttermilk Chicken burger and Jackfruit Curry, plus a selection of desserts like our infamous Cookie Dough.

Cocktail and gin-fans rejoice!

We’ll have an extensive selection of botanical-inspired cocktails, perfect serve gins, ales, ciders and wines for your drinking pleasure. We’ll also be offering cocktail, ale and gin masterclasses at The Botanist Cardiff. All our marvellous masterclasses will be led by our experts and are the perfect way to celebrate any wondrous occasion - from birthdays to hen parties. A masterclass is also a perfect gift for the budding mixologist in your life. We’ll be taking advanced bookings on our website soon. We cannot wait to welcome you at The Botanist, Cardiff very soon.
