Our new winter cocktails

As the nights get colder and darker, we can all agree that sometimes all you need is a winter warmer cocktail to get that fire burning…

Luckily for you, we’ve got it all sorted with our new cocktail menu! Featuring festive classics and contemporary cocktails with a Christmas twist, of course.

Starting off with an absolute showstopper, Grinch Grog. With bubbles, smoke and edible glitter it’s definitely what you need to start the festive kick off with a bang! Featuring St Germain Elderflower liqueur and Crisp Aspalls apple cider reduction.

Next, we’re bringing back a Botanist favourite! The plant pot, made with Monkey 47 Gin, Blackcurrent liqueur, Velvet falernum and shaken with strawberry puree.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, Snow Goose is perfect, a sweet sipping mix of Baileys, Grey Goose Vodka and white chocolate liqueur

Let it Glow- an electric blue twist on a G&T, featuring Roku Gin, St-Germain Elderflower liqueur and jasmine cordial, topped with tonic and garnished with delicate little snowflakes.

Hepple Sloe Gin Spritz, created using Hepple Sloe and Hawthorn Gin, topped with Fever-Tree Lightly Spiced Orange Ginger Ale.

After something more traditional? We’d definitely recommend our Festive Old Fashioned, featuring Pusser’s Gunpowder Proof Rum, Lazzaroni Amaretto, pineapple liqueur, mixed with a kick of The Kranken Black Spiced Rum.

Next up is a twist on a cocktail classic, say hello to our Chai Spiced Espresso Martini, with Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky, chai spiced cordial and cold brewed coffee.

We’ve also got another martini on offer, in the form of our Black Forest Martini.

Made using Cherry Heering Liqueur, Maker’s Mark Whisky, El Bandarra Rojo Vermouth, shaken with strawberry puree and apple juice. We like to call it a ‘Gateau in a glass’.

And finally, it wouldn’t be a true winter drinks menu without the absolute staple, Mulled Wine- a traditional winter warmer. Red wine mulled with spices and slightly sweetened for the perfect balance.
