Bursting with super satisfying and innovative flavours, our new Spring menus have just landed at a Botanist near you!

We’re doing things a little differently at The Botanist this Spring - offering a new service style and menu at lunch and dinner hours. But, don’t worry! Both menus offer old favourites and new exciting dishes for you to try. Plus, our lunch and dinner menus offer more vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options than ever before - so more guests can join us anytime at The Botanist.

New Food Menus

Making the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients, we’ve been busy in the Botanist kitchens creating Spring/Summer-inspired starters, grazing sharers, light mains and desserts for our new lunch and dinner menus.

Here’s a sneak peek of dishes and drinks you can enjoy on our new Spring/Summer menus...

Lunch Service - served until 5pm every day

During lunch service, we’re serving up small plates and starters like our Scotch Egg and Lavender Honey & Sunflower Loaf (perfect for sharing).

For a lighter option, we have three colourful salads; Crispy Coronation Chicken, Chargrilled Halloumi and Roast Sweet Potato & Beetroot.
From the grill, you can enjoy our famous Hanging Kebabs available as Chicken, Lamb Kofta, Satay Prawn, Salt & Pepper Pork Belly or Crispy Halloumi - yum! Or, simply delve into a Deli Board - now available at lunch service only - and choose from a selection of items to build your very own feast for sharing (or not!).

Don’t forget sides and a delicious Dessert like our Warm Chocolate Brownie to finish!

Dinner Service - served from 5pm every day

Our dinner menu has some delicious new dishes for you to try! Small plates and starters include our insanely good Crispy Gnocchi, Vegetable Ramen and a Spring-updated Baked Camembert, topped with Pistachio Granola!

For mains, new dishes include our Tandoori Battered Cod, Marinated Lamb Rump, Gnocchi with Butternut and Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast - all served with fresh and seasonal ingredients.

From the grill, try our famous Hanging Kebabs or Burgers (we love our new Vegan Beetroot Burger) all served with properly seasoned chips and optional toppings!

A meal isn’t complete without one of our delicious desserts! Go for our new Popcorn Creme Brulee, Hot Chocolate Sponge (it’s Vegan) or our famous Baked Chocolate Cookie Dough with Butterscotch Sauce!

New Cocktail Menu

Our botanists have passionately developed a new array of unusual cocktail concoctions using a delicate blend of spirits, flavours, fruits and herbs to create our new cocktail menu - now available at your nearest Botanist venue.

Divided into six sections; Long, Shorts & Spritzers, Martini, Sharers, Alcohol Free and Gin - we have the perfect cocktail selection for you!

Some of our favourites include the Spiced Pineapple Punch (includes a 25p donation to the Tim Bacon Foundation), Apricot & Peach Smash, Miracle Bulb, Secret Gin Martini and Botanist Lemonade (mocktail). For something really special, try our Gin House Punch sharer!
