Whether it’s been a big one for you or (like most of us) you can’t wait to see the back of this year, we're celebrating by giving away big prizes at the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Eve – and you could win your whole bill being covered, on the house.

The Botanist Cardiff, West Bridgford and Lincoln are hosting huge end-of-year parties not to be missed, complete with live entertainment, confetti canons, balloon popping and of course its signature theatrical cocktails.

Those who book a table in the restaurant for 8pm onwards on 31st December will be in with a chance of winning on the night, and prizes include your whole table’s food and drink bill being paid for (up to six guests) and a bottle of prosecco to share, a £100 voucher to be redeemed at the venue in January or a bottle of Botanist gin to take away and continue the celebrations at home. Prizes will be awarded at random and announced at midnight, as you ring in the New Year with your loved ones.

One of each prize will be given out of the night, to three lucky tables. Along with generous gift-giving, the venue promises vibrant live music throughout the evening, performed by its talented in-house musicians.

And if all that doesn’t tempt you, the Botanist has recently unveiled its new winter food menu with dishes worth celebrating. Highlights include the baked truffle camembert fondue, a beautiful TikTok-inspired butter board with warm nduja honey bread and a sharing upgrade of its signature hanging kebabs which includes chicken, crispy halloumi and lamb kofta kebabs on a triple-skewer rack, served with properly seasoned fries, coleslaw, houmous and flatbread, perfect for three diners to tuck into.
